FAVA - Quantify Compositional Variability Across Relative Abundance Vectors

Implements the statistic FAVA, an Fst-based Assessment of Variability across vectors of relative Abundances, as well as a suite of helper functions which enable the visualization and statistical analysis of relative abundance data.
